  • In accordance with appropriate legal provisions every person has the right to seek information of his or her personal data contained in the Domestic Criminal Registry.

    In order to obtain a Criminal Record Check from Poland via the Consular Section of the Polish Embassy in London, an applicant we provide CRC only for Polish citizen must complete in capital letters and sign a form: "Zapytanie o udzielenie informacji o osobie" (CRB FORM). The last residence address in Poland must be stated in point 10. and the current UK's address must be printed in the top left corner of the page. Properly filled in form should be sent copy of Polish ID, passport, stamped addresed envelope to the Consular Section together with a consular fee of 65 GBP. The payment can be made by check or postal order made payable to Embassy of the Republic of Poland or in cash at the cashier's desk at the Consular Section's office. It takes approximately 8 weeks to obtain the required certificate. An applicant is required to include the following details:

    - last address of the residence in Poland in line no10;
    - reason for applying for the certificate in line 11;
    - length of time an applicant would like to be checked in line no13
    - signature in the space provided ('podpis osoby upoważnionej')

    There is also an additional payment of 26 GBP for translation of the dokument.


    The Certificate of No Criminal Record may also be obtained in person in Poland at "Punkt Informacyjny Krajowego Rejestru Karnego" located within district courts or on the basis of a power of attorney given to a third party (usually such a document must bear the signature certified by the Consul).
